Idyllic and quiet. All around nature and a lovely open views of the surrounding mountains provide the ideal setting for a relaxing and exciting vacation. Our apartment house is located in a quiet, sunny and central location, directly at the valley station of the ski arena of Gerlos.
In winter, ideal for skiers and cross country skiers, in summer, due to our ideal location, ideal for hiking and biking tours. Cozy by the fireplace with other guests or the hosts, entertainment and happiness are always announced.

The ski lift - the Isskogelbahn - is only 150 meters from the house. This means that our guests can get to skiing fun as quickly as possible. More comfort is not possible, what do you think?
